A beautiful darker chocolate with notes of fresh fruit, think passion fruit and pineapple and a bit of coffee.

Description

Latitude’s award-winning, highest quality cocoa is sourced directly from their 2500+ USDA certified organic farmers in Uganda. By sourcing directly from farmers and monitoring the fermentation process from harvest day, Latitude has full confidence in the quality and provenance of its ingredients. The vast majority of farmers have their plantation on the hills of the Renzwori National Park, near Kasese (where it all started for Latitude)

To bring out the true flavours of their cocoa, Latitude uses mainly pure white African cane sugar.
